Granding Response to Covid-19

During these unprecedented times, our primary focus is health and safety for our
staff, clients, family and wider community. As we continue to monitor the situation
closely, we are taking actions and precautions throughout our business. Meanwhile,
our team will endeavor to deliver our services through online platforms, such as
phone, email, video conferencing and private inspection appointments.
It is our belief that people will still keep searching for the properties of their dreams,
seek a wise investment in uncertain times and sell properties to chase their financial
goals. This being said we are here to service your buying and selling needs, we
welcome the opportunity to assist you.

Please be assured that at all private appointments will be implemented in a high
standard of hygiene. We will make sure that clients maintain the social distancing
and require potential buyers to wash their hands or to use an alcohol-based hand
sanitizer immediately upon entry, and remove shoes/wear shoe cover. Also all
potential buyers are welcome to wear face mask.

Please understand that we will be asking clients the following questions prior to a
private appointment:
• Are you displaying flu-like symptoms?
• Have you (or been in contact with someone) returned from overseas in the
last 14 days?
• Have you been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19?

Please note, Granding reserve the right to refuse entry to any premises or property
under our management:
o If you are feeling unwell.
o If you have just returned from overseas or have been in contact with
someone who has recently been overseas.
o If you are under strict self-isolation instructions.
o If you have been tested positive to corona virus yourself or in close contact
with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
